What should I look for?

Finding the right home calls for strong understanding and great resources, there is always a lot to consider... of course then again... no two Buyer's are alike.  Whether you are a first time Buyer, upgrading or moving from your current home, an Investor or someone looking for a retirement property... we will use all the resources at our disposal to find the home you are looking for and the following questions can give you and us a better picture of what you are thinking.  Not every home has every feature so sometimes these question are good to help prioritize your needs. 

If any of these don't make sense, you are not sure of the answer, or you are just not to "this point" yet; don't worry they may still help to just get the thinking process started.  In many cases some buyers are not sure of what they are looking for until they have gone out with their agent looking at some (any) homes to narrow down on what is right.  Personally, I love going out looking at homes with prospective Buyers no matter what part of the buying process they might be in.
