Early each morning my computer will search the local MLS and find the homes that match your criteria and notify you immediately with the latest listing information. This is the very best way to stay on top of what is hitting the market... AS IT HAPPENS! You can even go back into the search later and add or deduct any of your parameters like "cities" "bedrooms" "lot size" "street" or any one of the other MANY settings for the search.
